Creative Arts Project Manager


The primary responsibilities will include maintaining and managing communication between ministries and the creative department, as well as managing workflow and schedule for each project.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Maintain functional team workflow and organizational procedures. 
  • Executes the objectives, and specification for all projects as directed by the Creative Arts Ministry.
  • Monitor and prepare reports that track and analyze productivity trends & factors that impact cost.
  • Manage project files and networks with external representatives and outsource print shops to meet required deadlines.
  • Review weekly schedule with graphic designers and Creative Arts Director.
  • Revises weekly schedules and distributes a weekly list of projects priorities and their current status.
  • Work with each team in the selection process for vendors, based on quality control, budget, and timing.
  • Monitor purchase orders to confirm receipts and ensure orders are being produced on schedule.
  • Assist and help coordinate with project close by compiling the relevant material and coordinating the photographic documentation.

  • The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree and 3-4 years of work experience in a creative field. Organization, strong work ethics & attention to detail is needed along with the ability to work under tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must. You must be flexible and have a desire to learn to be proficient with Mac iOS, have experience in management software and have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: This position is a regular 40 hr. week position, but is subject to change if the needs of the church requires it.
